Established in 2024 by Bianca Farrell, ULA aims to redefine the holiday rental landscape across the Tutukaka Coast, NZ.  

After spending eight years working onboard Superyachts, Bianca soaked up everything there is to know about five-star hospitality. 

Upon returning to NZ with her partner, Josh, to raise their family, Bianca saw an opportunity for beautiful properties to be matched with discerning holidaymakers while also providing a tailored, end-to-end management service for property owners.

From here, ULA was born.
